Process:
  • Step 1: Project Onboarding + Discovery
    Onboarding:

    An essential part of our process involves clear transparent communication. We give you our best practices, train on our preferred communication tools, and request access to brand assets.

    Discovery:

    We work with you to clarify your brand's unique makeup. Through our discovery phase we get a comprehensive understanding of your vision, mission, principals. We then can accurately assess what is important to you, your team, and your customers to set up relevant goals and define achievable KPIs. We then develop general campaign concepts, begin strategizing potential channel funnels, and online activations that align with your goals.

  • Step 2: Research & Planning
    Research:

    Through our research we find the ideal influencers, network nodes, key thoughtleaders, media outlets, bloggers, and content distribution options available within your industry. By getting a strong understanding of your competitors, your media options, and dsicovering what your target audience wants we will provide informed strategies that are cost effective and relevant.

    Planning:

    Breaking down the campaign ideas with this new knowledge helps us produce effective content planning. We task out the deliverables for content and finalize our campaign roadmaps so all efforts interweave efficiently and deadlines can be established and met.

  • Step 3: Project Execution
    Content Creation + QA + Management

    After the tasking and projects have been clearly established, we start coordinating and/or creating content. The projects are executed and distributed in accordance with the marketing roadmap and calendars. As we go through the process we track the effectiveness of our A/B tests and refine the material to maximum effect.

    Termination + Delivery:

    Following project delivery we work with your team to assess the KPIs the achievements and where things can be improved. From there we can assess the next project or we hand off the keys to you to continue the campaigns internally.
